HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our hats and accessories are custom made, therefore take between 3-4 weeks to complete. Please ensure you order goods within enough time before your event.

ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE MY ORDER QUICKER?

We are able to supply quicker if the item you would like is in stock. Please contact us to find out our supply and if we can meet your request.

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Dependent on stock availability, items may differ slightly, this includes colours and hat shapes. We aim to provide you with the closest match possible if stock availability changes.

MY ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

Our hats should be handled with care to prevent any damage. Sam's Sparkle is not responsible for any damage that occurs to your item after it is received. We are also unable to guarantee the exact shape of each hat.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN?

Our products contain small parts, which if come unattached can become a choking hazard. Therefore, we DO NOT recommend our products for small children. Please keep your product out of reach from young children at all times. Use of the product by its user is at the user's risk and we take no responsibility for any mishaps or misuse of products.

CAN YOU SUPPLY ME SOMETHING A BIT DIFFERENT?

If not thing takes your fancy, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your needs. However, please note, unfortunately, I cannot copy designs from someone else but I am more than happy to work on a custom hat with you.
